Hey all six of you that browse my page regularly, I wanted to update my journal for the first time in a million years to plug my friend 's raffle that's going on right now. Tickets are $1.25 each, but they are well worth it; she's a great artist as well as an AWESOME friend and everything you can do to keep her happy and on this Earth is a service to the world akin to planting an entire forest of trees and hugging all of them every hour on the hour for the rest of your life. What does the money go for? Well, clothes and food of course, and to replace all of the stuff she couldn't bring with her when she moved a couple of weeks back, but most importantly a cat. She NEEDS a cat. I don't care if she knows it or not, cats make everything better. Including her hair. Her hair needs to be licked by a cat every day so that it has the two little antennae on the top and looks pretty. She's been mooching off of her neighbor's cats for the time being, but who knows what they've been eating? And besides they're cuddly too and a great way to relieve stress. Heck, if you find a genie, your first wish should be a cat (second and third being world peace and a self-cleaning litterbox). And for every ticket you don't buy, she's further away from getting a kitty. Please, think of the kitty! Of course she needs clothes, too, and food, and a roof over her head, and money to go to conventions and grace you all with her divine presence.

So all of you, go buy tickets right now. I don't care if you buy one or ten or a hundred or a million, go buy them and make sure she stays happy, healthy, clothed and sheltered, and with a cat in tow, and maybe you'll win some of her amazing and beautiful artwork in a sketchbook. Spread the word to as many people as you think will be interested (just don't be annoying, annoying is bad for everyone involved). And remember, for every ticket bought, a kitty comes closer to rescue (and a nice head of hair to lick)!
